The difficulty in asking for opinions here is we are all peers and not able to judge the possible effects of including an alternative therapy with the meds you currently take. The best one to ask is your psychiatrist that is prescribing meds for you. If what they are prescribing is not keeping you stable, then maybe you could ask them to reevaluate the products and dosages you are on. There are many possible options.
I have a friend that has spent a lot of money on home remedies with limited or no observable results. The people that promote CBD oil may claim things about it but gambling if it will work is not something I would bet on without an endorsement from medical professionals familiar with my situation.
