I take 4 fish oil pills a day. Fish oil pills have EPA and DHA in them. 30% of the brain is made out of DHA!

People with schizophrenia have low dopamine in the frontal lobe of the brain. DHA increases dopamine in the frontal lobe which regulates negative feedback in the back part of the brain to stop hallucinations and helps regulate mood.
