.sadhug: Change is hard. I struggle with it as well. You're not alone. I can't really tell you what helped me because the truth is that I'm struggling with this right now. Perhaps a good suggestion, like @
KD1980 has said, is to remind yourself WHY you're doing what you're doing. Sometimes we're so caught up in it that we forget the reasons why we're doing it. For example, if you want to lose weight, and you're following a diet, a good thing to do is to remind yourself every day that you're doing this for your own physical health and the reasons why you're doing it. I'm sure there are plenty of books and articles about will and patience as well. I'm so sorry I can't help you more
