I'm so sorry you're not sleeping. Can you ask for something like like trazadone for sleep? Not sleeping is awful. I would ask for something to help for it.  |

I can't take trazadone, made me hypomanic and could not breath out of my nose. seroquel did not work. 100mg of visteril/atarax is not working for me.
Until I quit drinking my sleep is going to suck.
