I think most everyone of us has some experience with weight gain as a result of medication side effects. Ugh! I can't stand this. I know I have put a great deal on especially since the New Year. I have been mortified this summer looking at the photos that have been taken of me. I am disgusted with myself!
I believe my nutrition is healthy. I am a 'perimeter shopper'. No processed foods and only the occasional red meat. Plenty of fresh produce. I walk 2-3km per day. This is just so frustrating.
So I dove in and just bought a gym membership. I am determined that I at least curb additional weight gain.
Is anyone having any luck?
