Sorry to hear about your struggles, Deilla! Anxiety is a terrible "thing".

Do you know of any kind of relaxation exercises? If you do, try to use them at least for some minutes. If you don't know of some, I can recommend some if you want that.

I hope that you succeed with taking the trash out today and that you are able to go and get your meds tomorrow.

Have you heard about Mary Ellen Copeland? She was an inpatient that nobody tough could recover. She did and then started to do research. She has now developed a system called WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). It is about finding recovery in one's own tact. (Almost like we are doing together on this thread).

I write this to remind you about that there is hope for us all. (I need to hear that as well).
