How long were you on Valium?

I am tapering valium once more (a psychiatrist at an eating disorder treatment center put me on Xanax three times a day when I was a minor!).

My psychiatrist and I tapered Valium back in March, but the taper was far too aggressive, so I went back on the medication.

Currently, I am following the Ashton Method as well.

Slow and steady wins the race. If you taper too quickly, you're at a much higher risk for protracted withdrawal.
