Here's a paper/collection of studies (2013, I believe it's from Japan.. But in English of course).
Great info on Dopamine agonists--which Mirapex is the best one for TRD. Might help to convince your doc. It has been a miracle (with nasal Ketamine) - I actually have become myself after 18years. Hope it's helpful... Best wishes!
