I met with my T yesterday, she wants me to meditate too! (Whenever I can't stop my thoughts from racing.) She suggested tapping (if you have ever heard of that
). I will try to meditate more. I have occassionally meditated. Sometimes it helps. Perhaps it would work better if I did it more. As far as I am concerned, savasana meditation (corpse pose) at the end of yoga counts.
