Most of my energy this day was used in the bedroom. It is de-cluttered, vacuumed and cleaned up. I have repeated some of the concepts necessary for my study. I have been able to make healthy meals, so the day has been pretty good.
Some of my plans for Thursday:
- Up at seven
- Medication and vitamins
- Breakfast and news
- Shower
- Healthy meals
- Load dishwasher
- Gym in a group
- Visit grocery shop right after the gym
- Load washing machine
- Relax
