I weight over 100 lbs more than I should, my cholesterol is rising, family history. I've been dieting over a year and have lost about 30 lbs. I'm now thinking it may be a good option for me, my insurance covers it 100%. My dr says it's a forced diet, but maybe that's what I need. Doing it on my own is only slightly working.
