the only thing that comes to mind at the moment s maybe having a pleasing picture with you (something that you can look at and feel calm while doing so), wearing a certain perfume/ aftershave with a calming smell, take something with you that if you get anxious/ overwelmed you can remove it and fiddle with the zip, or the buttons or what ever is on it, something like that.
