And I think this is wishful thinking to some extent (not acknowledging sadness sells to people desperate to run away from reality ). Though I love Oprah and find her very inspiring (I like a lot of her advice which is about figuring out who you are and being true to it)--some mistakes in our life can't be totally undone--though we can grow and learn from them.
