Definitely. When I joined this forum, I was absolutely certain that nothing was going to work, that I'd never feel better. I was stunned when those first few glimpses of hope appeared. The people here are amazing. Watching how they handle often horrific things with such grace, it really makes you think, Oh maybe I don't need to be so hard on myself, after all.
