Maybe nibble and graze throughout the day/night on veggie sticks and hummus? That's low fat. If I were doing my own food, I'd have better suggestions. Actually I wish I had that here, it sounds really good. Maybe laughing cow soft cheese on a few crackers or piece of toast, but that requires good self control that you'll only eat one wedge per day. Along the same lines, nut butter on crackers or toast. The reason I'm suggesting these mini meals is to try to avoid total binges on junk food but still satisfy the continual hunger with healthyish snacks.
