Ugh, sorry to hear this rechu. When you go back to your workplace, do what bpcyclist suggested as far as a routine to prepare yourself ahead of time for the panic attack you think you'll have. Take something from your home with you to your workplace, that symbolizes happiness or calmness or love with you. It could be a small object, a photo, a note, something you can keep in your pocket and hold on to while you're at your workplace. For me, it's photos of my niece and nephews. I use those to stave off the anxiety I feel about my new job. I look at their photos throughout the day in order to keep myself grounded and it actually works.
