I fell off the wagon for months , my mum was ill and I was focused on running round after her and neglecting my own needs. I
was eating a lot of chocolate and cakes and sugary junk, it has done me in and made me feel ill. So I want to eliminate sugar and have been doing better these last
three days. It is easier if we eliminate sugar completely cos the more you have as you mention the more you crave.
Nuts are a good snack as you suggest.
