I fell off the wagon for months, I gained 28 pounds, ate sugary stuff chocolate etc. My mum was ill and I was focused on her needs and neglected myself.
I wasn't able to make food for myself and was eating at the pub a lot which wasn't healthy. I came down with a chest infection and common cold and virus throat infection so hence I was motivated to try get healthy. I am eating healthy foods now and trying to get my blood sugars down.

So I want to lose weight too so now am watching what I eat so that it's healthy, sugar free and low in calories. I will keep you all informed how I get on this time.
Exercise today was cutting the grass in my back garden.
