I haven't stepped on the scale in a while. I've been craving carbs. It's not good for my diabetes or weight. I want to buy biscuits today but I'm just not sure. I figure every once in a while should be Okay. I don't want to worry about weight control anymore. I just want to eat what I want. I think I will just relax about it. I'm tired of pressuring myself and being miserable.
