Oh dear gawd .....

You are covered in wires literally head to toe also I had this weird basket thing over my mouth.. it’s was awful. Took almost 30 mins to get all the gear on. Then they are like “ Ok it’s time to sleep now “ I’m like wha??? It’s like 7pm !

At the time my usually bed time was about 10 ..

Ok so your laying on a hospital bed ( yeah they suck, no comfortable position to be found) wired up to the max and ... you need to per .. they come in and unplug the main wires it’s such an ordeal, at this point my scalp is itching from the goo that they had to use to attach leads to my head.

So you get back in bed and I tossed and turned for hours, few more trip to the bathroom .. (okay sleep study lady stop acting annoyed your paid by the hour )

Eventually I fell asleep for almost 4 hours and I said I’m done , I’ve had enough.

My results were .. restless legs , no deep rem sleep.
