I'm hoping my day will be productive and relaxing. I started off with coffee. I'm probably going to have another cup soon. I slept 5 hours (afternoon to early morning), which is enough sleep for me to start my day.

I feel safer, more stable now. I am waiting for my first GP doc appt. mid-Nov. Until then, I'm using all the skills I have to self-care and manage without therapy. I feel proud of myself for that, even though I make mistakes.

I hope everyone else's day goes well today.
