I must say, it seems to sound like it is very useful. And in my experience, it has helped me a lot with my anxiety.
But it seems there really aren't many people taking it. Maybe it is not available in USA?
I was prescribed it while I was in South Africa, and the doctors in the UK seem to know about it too
