I need a safe place to go and run away so I do not leave. Inside we have the meadow. Outside we have this safe place to talk about safe stuff like penguins and teddy bears.
The meadow is really pretty. There are flowers and grass and swings. There are teddy bears to hug and penguins running around.
It is warm and 🌞 sunny. Laughter fills the air. The littles are playing. I join them because I feel small, too.
I smell lavender. It soothes me.
I can smile again.
