I feel much better, quit sugar and gained control over my addiction. It has helped my moods too. I stopped feeling really ill.
Got myself on a healthy diet. Making meals at home instead of eating at the pub .I am soon going to be on top of things instead of overwhelmed and
struggling. I coped well today I think.
