I made it to my doctor's appointment this morning. It was a struggle to get ready. I didn't feel well when I woke up but I wanted to get this appointment out of the way. Now I will order a sandwich as a reward and just relax. I want to focus on feeling better and doing self-care things. Sorry to hear there is conflict on the thread.
