Couldn't do any chores, rested all day, I needed the rest so it's ok. I am coping ok I think. Shouldn't be a perfectionist and shouldn't beat myself up for not getting the
house to look perfect. Hopefully I will have the strength and energy to do the housework tomorrow. I know I can do better in terms of keeping the house in order but my health has to come first in order to improve my physical strength and energy in order to keep up with the housework.
