Just got out of be here at 1520 hrs. 3 1/2 hours. No sleep last night. Did exercise today, but I am so worried about my seep issues. Another huge study just came out showing that people who don't sleep well have a 33% higher risk of having a heart attack than those who do sleep well. I have to figure this out.
