Dear Stahrgeyzer, God love you! You're doing everything you can think of, & some of it is actually working. Maybe you don't need a therapist right now. Stay with us, & keep the way you are in your self journey, searching for answers. You apparently have good instincts. Someday you will be brave enough to try trusting a human being in person. Right now, you seem so close to doing that, researching therapists, but you aren't quite ready yet. So, just take it easy & keep going in your own pace.
