We called them Erasers! Can be thoughts, mid sentence, or geographical. Worked with that for months! Even had to get OnStar. Now one just comes out and says Shut Up. He hasn't talked to T but once after T said something like sometime that's the best way to go. He just shook his head in agreement.

But agree with what others have said. Those times *I* didn't remember or felt frustrated, my T reported useful information. Even talking with an insider or getting a name *I* didn't know.

But darn know how frustrating & disillusioning it can be....especially since I thought I was in-charge!!
