There's a point to have a healthy but flexible routines. One thing that an author has pointed out is out your effort and faith into a miracle morning. (The author is Hal Elrod) but I don't do it every day. I need to but I can't seem to get it in my head. I guess it's baby steps and about balance.
My point is there are sometimes too many things to do ends up tiring is out.
And then sometimes you need to just go for what your goal is.
