I am not a fan of sleep gadgets or apps. I also do not want to invalidate or offend people that use them or find them helpful. Personally, after my sleep study years ago and a slew of meds I had to basically train myself to sleep. I wont go into what I did but it was a long arduous process that ultimately worked. In fact I hate the fact that these companies that make sleep apps and gadgets are profiting off of people who, in some cases, are desperate for help.
