I have finally gotten to a space where I realise I am responsible for my happiness. That life is actually not worth living if it is going to be a miserable one. That other people can only help you to a degree. That I am falling into a place of helplessness
That I need to change
I am looking for some self-help books that you have found particularly helpful to assist with depression and how to get yourself into a better place.
