If you aren't sure about therapy have you thought about workbooks? A friend of mine went to a therapist for about 3 sessions and they started CBT. She really couldn't afford to keep going so her therapist suggested some books for her. I honestly don't know the titles of any of them but CBT helped her greatly. I really don't know if it's something you can just do on your own or if you need a therapist to at least get you started. Good luck to you.
