Managing to stay off the sugar for the majority of the time have had a couple of slip ups drank fruit juice and had a chocolate bar
and also once in the last two moths I had two slices cake,vegan raspberry and chocolate cake from Starbucks,it's delicious.
I kinda think it's ok to allow it once every three months.My blood sugar is averaging 180mg or 10 mmol/L.So I still have to get it down.
