If she has talked about suicide she needs to be seen by a psychiatrist. I understand you haven’t had much luck . If she is suicidal then she needs to be in a psych hospital, while there a social worker or case manager can work to set up follow up appts , get her in with a psychiatrist and Therapist also they can check into her physical health and get appts normally quicker that you can.

Of course going into a psych hospital isn’t s vacation, I have gone many times, it is a safe place to get help. Medications can be started.

Getting adequate mental health care can be hard to find. But going in the hospital can get things lined up.
