I'm generally not content with my life and I know I'm probably clinically depressed but I don't want to use meds. I'd rather veg-out and watch tv than do my homework or taxes or anything I need to do. About the only thing I do constructive is exercise but even that is daunting. What do you do to break through, change your life and get things done?
