HI @browneyedgirl20. I am very sorry that you face such a difficult and frustrating situation with work.

I don't know what the employment laws are in the UK, but here in the U.S., a person can sue a company legally for "wrongful termination". Since you have documentation proving one of the company's reasons for dismissal to be incorrect, perhaps you have a legal case against them? The difficulty in suing, however, is that it can be a lengthy and difficult process and it may cost you money (I'm not sure).

It may be worthwhile to at least research your legal rights, the employment laws in your country and to perhaps even contact an employment lawyer to see if you have a case to sue.

Otherwise, I'm afraid that you will just have to move on and find another job somehow, as difficult and as painful as that is.
