And the car I bought needs lots of repairs. I'm not sure I can afford a car in a year, I know I can in 3 years, but that's a long time to be in a car that's not so great. My mom says I should have listened to her, my problem was my work experience was only 1 year and they are looking for 2 years. So next year work wise I can get a newer car, but financially I'm in the hole and I want to be further out of the hole before I go and put myself into a car payment.

Maybe a miracle will happen, and I can pay down my debts sooner rather than later. Maybe I'll figure out another way around paying down my debts. If I fix up the car, get my tax return, resell the car pay off my credit cards, keep paying my brother instead of paying him off with the car (which will piss him off). If my cards are paid off, I could afford a car payment. I hate that I got scammed, really messed me up financially.

Time is not on my side here. I really have to think of a way to be able to by a car by this time next year. Time to rework the budget. Figure out what I can do, can afford to do. And get this car fixed and resold. AC is working now, needs some engine work my mechanic says. My mom says once it's fixed up I'll be happy. We'll see. I have to be for a year at least. But I really want to get a new used car, that's from the recent past not the ancient past.
