Join a free drum circle. Try to find one that meets near where you live that is free and "donation" only. You have no idea how healing percussion is, esp. when you're part of a drum circle of people. There's no judgement either. Everyone is there to have fun and get in sync with each other.
Find community education (cheap) art classes. Draw, paint, color. Whatever you have at home. Tons of research on the healing effects of doodling and drawing on the brain.
Finally, go for short walks around your neighborhood. Drag yourself out of bed. Just go for a short 5-10 minute walk.

Thanks for these. I’ve been thinking of adult color books to focus on. Music is very helpful to me too. Whatever can get me out of my head for a while.
