With my son they would just give really general information like “he is progressing in his goals” or “he attends all appointments”.
If I imagine my T with me during the times I had case management I can see him making general comments like that as well. I can also see him challenging them because they tried to force an incorrect Dx on me. Anything more than that and T would check with me first. For me it just would have been nice to have someone in the room on my side.
