This is especially the case for me about an hour or two after dinner (after taking my Seroquel XR). Last night, and the night before, I went to town on reduced fat Wheat Thins. There's an unopened box left, but I should just leave them alone. I've been eating nuts, too. Yes, they're not bad for me, but they sure are a lot of calories!
I like your portion controlled packaging idea!
