Hi bluebicycle. I don't think there is anything that wrong with eating only twice per day. I would suggest that if you do eat little that the content be fairly well-rounded or if not, do you take a multi-vitamin? I hope my suggestion doesn't sound preachy, but it is very important not to become deficient in various ways.
