Hi @capital32 I don't really understand the UK schooling system but I understand that tests are really important. Is it loud outside of your head or inside of your head? Like is it external? Can you get some noise cancelling headphones? Or is it voices and stuff talking to you? In which case, can you get what they call here in the states an IEP, Individualized Educational Plan? That way you could get more time and stuff on your tests. It sounds like you might have anxiety (not a doctor, just an ordinary person) or there might be something else going on. Perhaps a trip to your GP would be in order just to rule anything out. Have you talked to your parents about what is going on with you? Are they usually helpful? If not is there another adult that you can talk to that would be helpful to you? Wishing you the best, Kit
