I hear you about your challenges. I just want to say: You seem much better than you have in the past. Your post is much more organized and clearer, too.

I also recall your having difficulty finding a pdoc who would listen to you, along with having transportation difficulties.

How are you doing in you daily life? Are you functioning well?

Honestly, I would reread BirdDancer's post and would take her suggestions!
She has a lot of knowledge and experience.
