For me pasta is a drug. I ate a whole package over the weekend. I can't bring it into my bear cave!

I lost weight then gained after pasta feast...and now am back to my lower weight.

No I do not want to be a post Covid 19 fat bear. We are coming into Spring. Time to wake up out of hibernation.
