I have a sister who has been diagnosed with BPD. I am on here to find strategies on how to best communicate with her. She has refused DBT and is in denial of her diagnosis. She is often abusive towards me and when we speak I seem to se her off . She never apologizes after her rages and I am left feeling traumatized.
I am very supportive and a good listener, yet seem to get nowhere with her. Help.
