Papa bear (my husband) and I have been having a lovely meal

Something unwelcome just intruded on our meal. It was my “mistake” not being more mindful of all my boundaries..

I offer my deepest respect and appreciation to all those who respect my boundaries, since I think all who read here have more understanding and appreciation of boundaries than many other people, especially “family” and “professionals” in this forest irl.
