I don't know if it would be possible to go to the ward. But here are some suggestions I can think of. Ask your medical doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist for recommendations regarding your care. There is outpatient care, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and hospitalization. In my experience, hospitalizations are short stays to get you stable and then the work is done outside of the hospital environment, or at least in a partial hospitalization environment. You could also call the number on the back of your insurance card and see if there is a patient advocate. They can help you find resources for getting treatment usually. I hope you feel better soon.
