When I first was on it I hit 150mg and I wanted to sit there and see how it did .. After 2-3 years I had slowly worked my way to up 300mg

Most people "usually dont notice it helping til they hit 150 or 200 .. If your still having symptoms then an increase might help you..

I know a few people that are on 450mg but its not that common.. Most Pdocs seems to do 350 and if its not helping then time for a different med.
