i weighed 134 tonight. that is 1/2 a pound less that what i woke up weighing. so hopefully tomorrow morning i'll weigh 133. idk how that happened, since yesterday i think i ate close to 2000 calories and i haven't moved much in a few days.

today i had a huge chicken breast (est 500) ketchup (40), with my flatbread & dal (est 350). i don't know how to cook chicken breast. i never know when it's done. it had turned white on the inside but the texture seemed like it was raw so i recooked it... the chicken grossed me out for the day. i was so full on that.

tomorrow i'm going to either run or do strength training. i will eat rice and beans (300), broccoli (30), ketchup (40), a mango (200), and a bowl of cereal (200). if i'm hungry i'll have another bowl of cereal.
